riskcentral provides practical and effective, on line training to help our clients reduce insurance costs and manage risk cost effectively. We do this by developing loss prevention Training Modules for the most important and well known insurable risk issues.

These modules are effective because they quickly explain the most important and effective controls in a way which is easy to follow and understand. This training will improve awareness of risks and will likely reduce risk and losses in the long run.

Presenting proof of loss prevention training to insurance companies will help demonstrate a proactive approach to risk management and aid in insurance negotiations. Some insurance companies may offer better insurance rates because of lower expected losses.

You can obtain proof of training by registering a group for training. This website will then automatically prompt, track, report on and manage the training of the group. Trainees can complete one or more of the on line training modules offered. Training can be once off or on a regularly scheduled basis – eg once a year. A small fee is charged for each individual registered to complete each training module.

Anyone can complete the Training Modules for free without registering but the site will only verify completion of “Commercial” training and manage training once payment has been made.

As a community service the site will verify the completion of “Household” training for free by providing a training certificate for individuals.

You will require Microsoft Internet Explorer and Adobe Flash Player to use this website. Broadband internet is recommended to run the on line training modules.

Training Manager Instructions

If you wish to have riskcentral verify that people have completed training, maintain training records and automatically manage the training process you must:

Registering yourself as a training manager by clicking on "Register an individual or group for training" button on the upper right of this page.
Once you have registered yourself successfully as the Training Manager the site will automatically take you to the "Add Trainees" page where you can register Trainees and nominate the training that is required and the due dates for the training.
Payment via credit card is then required to start the training process.
Following payment each trainee will then be notified by email that they are required to complete training by the due date.
The website will then automatically remind trainees if training is over due, send over due notices to the training manager, send scheduled training reports the training manager.
Records of training are retained by the website and are always available on line to the training manager.

Fees

Each training module can be completed for free.

Payment and registration is only required if you wish to have riskcentral verify that people have completed training, maintain training records and automatically manage the training process. Register an individual or group for training by clicking on the button on the upper right of this page.

Fees are charged on a per training basis. The fee charged for each training is $20 Australian (ie - 3 people registered for 2 modules each is - 3 x 2 x $20 = $120). Each recurring training is also charged at $20. Fees can be paid for by credit card on line or by contacting info@riskcentral.com.au to arrange payment.
